I know I have mentioned this a few times but I just can't stop repeating myself: Our natural world never ceases to amaze me and the irony is that we think we know so much about it when we don't.
Here is an excellent example:
I am quickly becoming a fan of TEDTalks Conference. You should be one too!
Here is another link to question your place in the world.
On another note my friends and I got into a conversation on movies that have made you cry. Now the irony is that most people are intimitaded or weired out by me; but if you mix together the right elements... I'm a real softy.
Take this commercial for instance:
Yeah I got choked up, this was well done! Artistic and successfully convincing.
In response to that link of friend of mine sent me this one:
I'm not going to get any work done today. :P
But if I do... hopefully this will get a face lift.

I don't think I'm going to bother with titles anymore unless one really jumps out at me... bah!
Anyway a friend of mine made a really good observation last night... Jan 2008 has it in for our group of friends. If its not happening to one of us specifically... its happening to our loved ones. I can only hope that we will all survive this year...
On a more irate note while watching UFC fight night I saw this preview:
I'll be honest... I'm appalled. I don't know what to say but this guy said it the best:
And what should I find the next day... I have to say there is some bitterness.
Here's to January!!

As a mixed martial arts fan, I think this film (if it's successful at the box office) could probably help set the UFC and other organizations back a couple of years in their emerging mainstream acceptance. It basically makes MMA look like a bunch of rich kids having underground, unsanctioned fights at parties. The fights are filled with illegal strikes to the back of the head and soccer kicks and stomps that are legal in Japan, but not in the US and come off as particularly brutal and bloody in the film. When there are rules at the underground tournament finale, they're virtually the same as UFC 1 (no biting, no eye gouging, no groin strikes). This is from the IMDb for Never Back Down.
And what should I find the next day... I have to say there is some bitterness.
Here's to January!!

The Little Wonders
Well this new year has thus far been... "interesting, painful, depressing, and joyful..." and its not even February yet.
*sigh*
ANYWAY! Thought this was rather cool.
HP Office Orchestra - Watch today’s top amazing videos here
Kinda shocked and amazed.

Sugar Bowl 2007 Part 2
So Hawaii lost... and of course I am a bit heartbroken. I'm not going to go into details of "should haves" or "would haves"... All and all this was by far the best season that Hawaii has ever had.
In order to cheer myself up...
GSP vs. Hughs (HOT!)
Round 2
7 minute fight from new movie Flash Point
Happy New Year!

Sugar Bowl 2007
Hawaii Vs. Georgia
No contest cheering for HAWAII all the way!!!
But so far first quarter has gone down with Georgia taking the lead with 2 TD and Hawaii only managing a field goal.
Should this game lead out like the last Hawaii game against UW. I think I should stop drinking lest I break something due to stress.
